What I love most about working 1:1 with clients is how customized it is. Unlike other plans, this is made for you. Other plans are generic and have generic guidelines. I’ll be creating something unique just for you.
Is this just for weight loss or can I use it for other things?
This is meant to change your relationship with food and how it fuels your body. You can use this as a jump start to lose weight or gain muscle. Whatever your goal, we can make it work.
