First, we'll do a complete body composition scan and biomarker screening. I know this sounds scary but trust me, it is really cool. It's also an essential piece of the coaching process. Without this report we have no way to set goals or measure progress over time. 
  • ​Meal Planning
Meal Planning based on lifestyle, preferences and goals. You'll learn simple strategies to use for the rest of your life! This program is really about sustainability, the last thing you want to do is go back to old eating habits.
  • ​Food Tracking
We'll use a simple and easy daily food tracker. I mean simple! All you've gotta do is take pics of what you're eating. That's it. It’s the easiest way to keep a daily journal and it’s a lot easier to see what you’re eating over time. 
  • HIIT Training
 30-Minute High Intensity Interval Training handwritten and tested by me  on-demand via Training app.

About Chris...

What I love most about working 1:1 with clients is how customized it is. Unlike other plans, this is made for you. Other plans are generic and have generic guidelines. I’ll be creating something unique just for you.
